Your details are used to contact you about your enquiry, schedule counselling sessions, share assessment reports, and inform you about relevant programs, fairs and admission deadlines.

Where you have asked us to represent you to an institution, we share only the details required for that application.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Information is shared with partner institutions only with your consent, and with service providers who help us operate (for example email or assessment platforms) under confidentiality obligations.

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to provide guidance and to meet legal obligations. Access is restricted to authorised counsellors and administrators.
