Career guidance & awareness management group
Based in India with programs in Nepal, Sri Lanka and the UAE — built to bridge the gap between schools, universities and industry.
A decade of working inside the education system
Careonexis was founded by educators who spent years watching bright students choose the wrong course for the wrong reasons.
We specialise in creating meaningful collaborations between schools and universities, while also connecting universities with corporate organisations. Our approach begins with understanding the unique goals of every institution, which lets us deliver customised, results-oriented solutions.
We believe in continuous engagement, strategic planning and measurable outcomes. Through a structured execution and real-time monitoring process, we keep every program transparent, efficient and genuinely useful for students.

Our Vision
A country where every student chooses a career from clarity, not from pressure or hearsay.
Our Mission
Deliver honest, assessment-led guidance and build partnerships that keep opportunity flowing to students.
Our Values
Transparency, accountability and long-term relationships — with students and institutions alike.
